dínamo takes the privacy of your Personal Data seriously. In accordance with the provisions brought forth by the Federal Law on Personal Data Protection held by private parties and its regulations, we inform all of our clients and any other legal person about our privacy policy. If you share Personal Data with us, we will be of the understanding that you agree to the terms of this policy, the purposes of the processing of your Personal Data, as well as the means and procedure that we put at your disposal to exercise your rights. Your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition are found in this Privacy Notice.

You can accord us your Personal Data with us by visiting our office, by telephone, electronic media, or through law-abiding sources. <p> Personal Data collected and/or to be collected are the following: </p> IDENTIFICATION DATA: name, nationality, date and place of birth, age, sex, marriage status, RFC(tax ID number), CURP(personal ID code number), home telephone, cell phone, and/or personal email. ACADEMIC DATA: educational development, degrees, professional license, among others . EMPLOYMENT RECORDS: post, work address, telephone, work email, as well as job and/or personal references.

In the case that an agreement is reached about working together with our products or services, your data will be used to comply with the obligations derived from this legal relationship. In the event that no legal relationship is established the data you have provided us will be blocked and subsequently deleted. The information that has been blocked may be kept for a necessary period to comply with legal provisions and thereupon removed.

Only authorized dínamo personnel that have met and observed the corresponding confidentiality requirements may participate in the processing of your personal data. It is prohibited for authorized personnel to allow access to your personal data to unauthorized persons and use your personal data for purposes other than those established in this Privacy Notice. The obligation of confidentiality of the people who participate in the processing of your personal data will be abided by even after the end of your relationship with dínamo.

V.- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Based on the established provision of Articles 36 and 37 of the Law, data can be lawfully transferred for the purposes established in this privacy notice, including but not limited to:

Our subsidiaries, affiliates and/or controlling companies within Mexico or abroad;

Parties responsible for customer service, studies, and collection agencies having to do with the provision of our services and products.

Third parties such as advertising agencies who work with us to provide you with our products and services.

VI.- MEANS AND PROCEDURE TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS

You can exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose, or revoke consent of the processing of your personal data at any time you wish. This can be carried out by presenting a written request to the office of dínamo from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the work week, or by electronic mail at: hola@wdinamo.com (In case of the latter, we require your consent for all notifications that will be carried out in relation to your request and will take effect at the email address you provide us with. It should contain the following: your full name or that of a legal representative if necessary, address, telephone number, a clear and precise description of the personal data requested should you wish to exercise your ARCO rights. If you do wish to express the desire to revoke consent of the processing of your personal data and any other element that facilitates the location of your data, the following information may be necessary: the date that your data was given to us, the person who helped you, areas of the office which were involved, and any other data that might allow us to identify your information. The owner guarantees that the data provided is both accurate and complete, and also bears responsibility for any loss or damage due to falsehood or identity theft. In order to process these rights you must first be able to prove your identity in person along with both an original and a copy of an official identification and/or a valid power of attorney.

The rest of the procedure will be processed according to the deadlines and steps set forth by the corresponding law related to the matter.

VII.- MECHANISM AND PROCEDURE IN THE CASE OF REVOKING THE HOLDER'S CONSENT

You have the right to revoke the consent of the processing of personal data you have given us in order that they are no longer used. To do so you must send your request as outlined by the terms of what is indicated above in section VI.

VIII.- OPTIONS FOR LIMITING THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION

IX.- CONSENT

Whenever applicable, if it is not made known that you oppose to having your data handled in the ways outlined in the privacy policy, it will be understood that you have given consent to do so.

X.-UPDATE AND/OR MODIFICATION TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

dínamo reserves the right to update and/or modify the terms of this privacy notice at any time. In the case that were to happen, said situation would be communicated through its website, https://www.dinamo.mx/ by way of email that the client has accorded, or through any means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by dínamo.

XI.- COOKIES.

We do not use cookies or other related technology to follow the tendencies of potential clients.
